I can’t emphasize strongly enough the value of time spent reading and discussing great works of literature among your teachers and parents.
Everything arises from the transforming power of ideas, which is activated only through contemplation.
Teaching itself, as Bob Ingram has said, is the overflow of the teachers discussion. So the most important thing is not to master techniques or even materials but to spend time thinking about the ideas these materials embody.

I have a homeschooling post going up tomorrow that says essentially the same thing. Weird how ideas float around like that.
Weird and beautiful! Ideas are living energies that enrich our souls and once they’ve done so it’s hard to leave them behind!
Can’t wait to see your post.
