An intensely beautiful song that avoids sentimentality, rising to the level of true, sustainable satisfaction.

Here’s one that’s very fascinating. Reaches heights of sublimity but also sinks to the vulgar sometimes and overturns the point of the song when she says “life will not kill the dream I dreamed”. It’s an extraordinary performance and it’s easy to see why they used it the way they did:
